Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

All payments made to Mrs. Arkansas for America Pageant and Star Studios, LLC are non-refundable.

By submitting payment, participants acknowledge and agree that:

• All entry fees, registration fees, sponsorships, ticket sales, and related payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstance.

• No refunds will be issued for withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, illness, weather, personal emergencies, or any other reason.

• In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, all payments will be applied to the new event date and will not be refunded.

• Failure to participate or attend the event does not qualify for a refund or credit.

This policy is in place due to the advance planning, production costs, and reserved resources required to host the event.
