1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in the Mrs. Arkansas Pageant, you agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and terms outlined by Star Studios, LLC. Submission of an application and payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Meet all age and residency requirements as outlined by the pageant

  • Be legally eligible to compete within the state of Arkansas

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all application materials

Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification without refund.

3. Registration & Payment

  • All fees (including registration, sponsorships, and optional services) must be paid in full by stated deadlines

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Late or incomplete payments may result in forfeiture of participation

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Mrs. Arkansas Pageant and Star Studios, LLC are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Withdrawal from the pageant

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Illness or personal emergencies

  • Disqualification

5. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to:

  • Conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, and sportsmanlike manner

  • Refrain from any behavior that may harm the reputation of the pageant, its participants, sponsors, or affiliates

  • Follow all instructions from event staff and directors

Failure to adhere to this code may result in disqualification without refund.

6. Media & Image Release

By participating, contestants grant Star Studios, LLC and the Mrs. Arkansas Pageant the right to:

  • Use photographs, video, and likeness for promotional, marketing, and media purposes

  • Distribute content across digital, print, and social platforms without compensation

7. Event Changes

Star Studios, LLC reserves the right to:

  • Modify event schedules, venues, or programming as necessary

  • Postpone or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances

All registrations will remain valid for any rescheduled dates.

8. Liability Waiver

Participants agree that:

  • Star Studios, LLC, its affiliates, staff, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or personal property issues incurred during participation

  • Participation is voluntary and at the contestant’s own risk

9. Disqualification

The pageant reserves the right to disqualify any participant for:

  • Providing false information

  • Failure to comply with rules or deadlines

  • Conduct deemed inappropriate or damaging

Disqualification will not result in a refund.

10. Sponsorship & Titles

  • Titles and awards are granted at the discretion of the judging panel

  • Winners are expected to fulfill titleholder responsibilities and appearances as outlined by the organization

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

12. Agreement

By registering and submitting payment, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understand these Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to abide by all policies set forth by Mrs. Arkansas Pageant and Star Studios, LLC
